Return & Refund Policy – Chocoraft

At Chocoraft, we are committed to delivering high-quality chocolates with care and precision. While we aim for perfection, we understand there may be rare occasions where issues arise. Below is our clear and customer-friendly return policy, in line with Google Merchant Center requirements.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.

Replacements

We offer free replacements in the following cases:

An incorrect product was delivered.

Products were delivered in a melted or damaged condition due to issues in our shipping process.

No replacements will be issued for:

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

Cancellation requests made within 6 hours of placing the order, if the order has not been processed.

In the event a product is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

When a return is accepted due to damage or incorrect delivery.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days upon approval.

Non-Returnable Products

Custom-made, personalized, or perishable chocolate products cannot be returned or refunded, unless proven to be defective or incorrectly delivered.
